Sweden's Ideal Employers 2011
Universum, the employer branding company, presents Sweden’s Top 100 most attractive employers for professionals. Close to 15,000 of them, holding a business, engineering or IT degree, have nominated their ideal companies to work for. The one thing these organizations have in common is: they excel in talent attraction and retention.
The news highlights
● Swedish international companies are considered very attractive among Swedish professionals.
● H&M keeps the first position among business professionals with IKEA coming in the second place.
● To be competitively or intellectually challenged is important for Swedish professionals. Only having work/life balance is considered more relevant as a career goal.
● Management consulting companies increase their attractiveness among engineers and are now more popular in this group than among professionals with a business background.
● For the first time since 2008, Microsoft is higher ranked than Apple.
